How we do produce and the typical way of workin: 
handmade without abuse with mechanical processes, the dough made with oat flour only, with no added wheat flour that usually are added while making the dough more workable by machines.

Oats has always been a valued grain for its nutritional and therapeutic properties. Until recently, its high nutritional value was underestimated because oats was used almost exclusively as food for animals. A characteristic is its high nutritional value and its low glycemic index, which makes it suitable for diabetics. Its high proportion of dietary fiber contributes to a pleasant feeling of satiety. Furthermore, it helps the digestion.

Oatmeal 48% whole wheat flour (contains gluten) olive oil (12.5%), milk, sugar, eggs, white wine (contains sulfites), yeast (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium diphosphate). There could be traces of Sesame, dried yeast and nuts
