This genuine traditionally made with little crunchy "bread", is an essential South Italian tradition to enjoy with a glass of a good vine, or as aperitivo and it is perfect to enjoy as a snack for a little appetite
How we do produce and the typical way of workin: 
According to an ancient original recipe, we prepare this taralli in two important steps: at first we cook them for a certain time in boiling water, after this second step is, to put them on baking sheets and let them bake in the oven till they get golden and the right crispiness. All this because of an antique tradition of our "Puglia"
